You may pay by card online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Apple Pay. Please ensure that your card is enabled for online transactions, is 3D secure, and that you have sufficient funds to pay the balance. If you wish to pay via a bank transfer this is also possible; please contact our Sales team on silverstone@match-hospitality.com who will provide you with an offline order form and further payment instructions. .
Yes, it is possible to pay in instalments. Please choose this option at the checkout stage. Should a customer opt to pay for their order in instalments, the Price of each Accommodation Package which is the subject of a Sales Agreement concluded on the following dates will be due and payable as follows:
a. between 01 November 2022 and 10 Feb 2023 will be due and payable in two (2) instalments:
(i)50% being due and payable immediately during the online checkout;
(ii)50% being due and payable on or before 10 Feb 2023.
b.When the Confirmation is received between 11 February 2023 and 06 July 2023, the full payment (100%) of the Confirmation Total will be required immediately during the online checkout.
c. Cancellation Fees will be invoiced in full and separately from the payment schedule above. The applicable amount will be determined in accordance with Section 3 below.
d. Invoices in respect of the above payments will be issued by us to You no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the due payment dates.
Please go to your online account and select My Orders, followed by Pending Payments, where you will be able to pay manually with the card used in your original transaction or with an alternative card.
